I need to send my activity log in as an assignment to my lecturer. How do i go about doing that?

You could write it on a piece of paper and hand it over to your lecturer.
You could write your text with a textprocessor and mail it.
If you have written any code for a program that logs all your activities and you encounter problems with it, we would like to see your code and some questions, pointing out the difficulties, so that we are in the possibility to help you.
