I need your help my question is how we clear a folder.

I suspect that this thread does not belong in the ASP forum but, assuming that you are using some version of Microsoft Windows; select the folder in Windows Explorer with a single click of the mouse then press the Delete button.
If you want to achieve the same result using the command line

rmdir foldername
