I'm using php 4.xx, and install it in my linux operating system redhat. Cause this version does not support drawing graphic it's said should add gd library, I have already download this library for php in linux os. But I dont know how to add this lib in my php installation. I install the php using the rpm available in the os. Please any one help me with this problem.

Depends on your vesrion, I think from the 4.3 you already get GD, may be you can update your php or you should rebuild your php engine with GD.
