Ok I have a question. I got to work thing morning, and one of our people came to me complaining that her computer was having issues. So I go to take a look, and at first glance from a distance the monitor appears to be off. When I get closer the monitor is just really dimmed, and nothing was responding (The mouse would move, but clicking had no affect.). So by instinct I hit CRL+ALT+Delete. Sure enough fixed it.

Now my question is does anyone know what could of happened?
