I recently upgraded my hard drive in my Sony Vaio VGN-S260 Laptop. After putting everything back together it would not power up at all. It was working fine prior to me upgrading the drive. I retraced my steps multiple times. I even put the old hard drive back in. Nothing has worked. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

check if any short circuit or remove the supply for about 5 minutes / try to power on with out any drive just the mobo alone check if it will power on..if it doesn't then you might have accidentally killed the mobo check also your power adaptor if it still working fine...
