I hear a lot of numbers and names but i want to know what do they really do ?

Sadly all info on the internet is to technical


Things like

Bus

processors Cash

Ghz

Memory

Stuff like that

What do they really represent ??


Final thing

I once found three 2GB ram but with three different prices

I think the difference was in BUS

The best had 1133

Whats up with that ??
