Hi,
When I am connecting to net after browsing for 10 mins I am getting the following message "Host Process for win32 Services has Encountered a problem" after which I am not able to access the net anymore. Also one more thing the amount of data receiving during net connection is more than the amount of data sending , which I believe should not be the case. I am using Windows XP. Hello,

Pls do the following:

1. - Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

The log can also be found here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
Or at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

2. - Run HJT again and post a new log.

I did all the process as suggested , first I updated my MBA-M and the scan the system, there was nothing to clean, then run the HJT. Even after scanning with SuperAntiSpyware I am still facing both the problem sometime Generic Host Process for win32 services has encountered a problem and sometime NTservices.exe has encountered a problem. Please let me know how to come out of it. I am not doing any kind of file sharing. Screen shot attached.

Really doubt this has anything to do with Malware or Spyware. Also, the place to find out the full story of these errors is the Event Viewer. Check there. Also, don't just attach a copy of the error box, this will really tell us nothing, except there has been an error. If you check the event viewer you should be able to tell what may have actually caused the error in these processes.
