HI EVERYONE EVERYTIME I TRIED TO OPEN MY CONTROL PANEL A NEW WINDOW WILL OPEN AND SAYS windows explorer has stopped working then after that a new window will open again and says windows explorer is restarting.what do i need to do.thanks! larceulrich

have you googled "Windows has stopped working"? There's rather a lot there to help you including fixes.
