hi, I recently installed McAfee on my comp. on which it produced an error message reading "McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise – Error 1920. Service Mc Task Manager (Mc Task Manager) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system devices." while it works very well on other comps that I"ve tried to install. Help needed

Ive come accross this befor on one of my old systems and I had to uninstall it and then reinstall ,
But befor you reinstall do a disk clean up or defrag .
Hopefully this should solve your problem.
Good luck as Mcaffee can cause you hell sometimes thats why I changed to Kaspersky.

It would be nice to have information on the computer...operating system, hard drive size, how much space remaining, what other security programs are on the computer, what av program was there before, was it removed?
