HijackThis Log (tons of pop-ups and IE not working)

Hi I just got a new Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop not even a week ago and now I am having all kinds of troubles with online items..

1. IE is not typing all letters and is totally delaying a few seconds between each push..

2. I then d/l'd Firefox to avoid above but now I get a ton of pop-ups from IE when browsing Firefox and also google always sends me to a differnet server called Bestsearch.net when ever clicking on a link on google

3. When ever I try to download a file on Firefox it does not come up or do I get the opportunity to download it, and IE is screwed so I am out of luck can anyone help plz!!!

I am looking to tear my hair out... I got Avira AntiVir Personal, AdAware 08 and McAfee but of course they don't help at all, here is my log, i have no idea what would look suspicious, I just screw things up by disabling stuff

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Download the update from here if you have problems.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

I have been running the Malwarebytes for 7 hours now, how long do they usually run? thnaks

It depends on how many files are on the PC and how fast your pc is. Having said that, I have not seen a scan go that long before. Can you see that it is still scanning, or is it frozen? If still scanning, let it run.

I am about to start from scratch and restart my entire computer.. I dont know how to go about this but I want to cause I just keep having everything freeze up and getting all kinds of funky pages load up and pop-ups like crazzzy never had this ever before... I am having the worst experience ever, my Malebyteware program ran for 14 hours!!! My computer has become suuuppppppperrrrrrr slow and everything crashes and works eradicley :

I am seeing something in your log, but I am leaving work very shortly, so will have a closer look when I get home.
Can you track down this file OA009Cfg.exe and delete it. Run hijackthis and delete the line where that file is found. You must have all Internet Explorer windows closed.
Reboot and post another log.
Are there any dust bunnies floating around inside your pc?

Also, you have two AV's installed. You need to uninstall one as they will conflict with each other.
