21 porn popups starting automatically

My windows XP got infected and 21 shortcuts got installed in my control painel, and every 5 min my MS-explorer is aborted by a porn advertisement. I ran hijackthis and here is the log file:

Hi. You are running hijackthis from a temporary folder, can you please download the self-extracting zip version from here.
Uninstall the other version first, then manually delete the file. Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows, and hit the "Fix checked" button.
Or just create a new folder on your desktop and move the hijackthis.exe into it and run it from there.

Download the Pocket KillBox
Unzip the file to your desktop.

Go offline until you have completed all the below.

Run Pocket Killbox and paste the full file path of the below file in the box and click on Standard File Kill and End Explorer Shell While Killing File. Click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle after you enter it.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\systr.dll

Reboot afterwards if the file is successfully deleted.

If the file is not deleted, do not reboot yet. Run Pocket Killbox again and paste the full file path in the box and click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle. You will get a message saying "File will be deleted on next reboot, Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot.

Please go here and have this file scanned.
