Hi and welcome to the Daniweb forums :).

==========

Please do not attach your logs and do not save them as a .doc document. Hijackthis will save it to notepad, which is the preferred method as not everyone has Word installed.

==

Log looks clean. Have you tried a system restore at all? If not, give it a try by going back a few days before the problem started.

Yeah, tried to do restore but it still acts the same way. I can't hardly access the hard drive and it blue screened a few times. Hate the thought of having to starts from scratch. I thought maybe I had a virus although Symantec did not pick anything up and neither did Malware Bytes. Thanks for looking at the log and ruling out the virus or takeover.

Try going through your start up programs and stopping them one by one to see if there is one of them causing the problem.

What is the Blue screen error message?
