I've had this problem before and it was a virus that supposedly caused it. (Virus in a DVD game.)

Now, it happened again. This is what the blue screen said:

***stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82F56598, 0x(0000102, 0x00000000)

Then it said things about uninstalling, check configuration and whatnot.

What I did prior to this was running Disk Defragmenter, then Run CHECK DISK. I restarted it and no problem there, I found out the files I previously deleted and moved to other folders were restored as full fledge programs. I turned it off and NOW this happened...

The inevitable question is " Please help me?"
