Can't access control panel - virus?

hi, i've seen on here where a member got assistance with this issue after posting the hijackthis report

i am half way through the process but i am not sure which processes to check to fix

i keep getting this as well "Run DLL as App has encountered a problem"

Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear.

Select the first option to run Windows in Safe Mode hit enter.

Reboot.

After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.

ok the microsoft wmsr tool says scanning for abot an hour but its not moving, guess it froze up

atf cleaner deleted some temp files giving me 700mb more space

gmer scanner keeps causing the pc to restart after it statrs the second scan

mba-m is getting an error when i try to launch it, says:
"Only part or a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed."

has anyone else ever have issues like these before?

ok i used hijackthis to fix the higlighted files, the main problem is deleting

can't delete these two files

C:\Documents and Settings\ric_djohn\Application Data\csrss.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\ric_djohn\Local Settings\Application Data\br6063on.exe

the option to view system/hidden files "tools/folder options" is not available, i suspect the virus has hidden this as there is no shutdown option as well

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Physically disconnect from the internet.
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

ok its seems i have a serious virus that just doesn't want to be removed, after trying to run combofix the first time i got this error

I downloaded it again using a mac which save the file as combofix2 and it was able to start running, unfortunately it got to where it said

registry is infected

it then backed up the registry but just keept blinkin _ after that and did nothing else - i figured it was taking its time to work so I left this running ALL DAY yesterday and still no change this morning
