Internet cant connect directly! Trojan?

Hello,i followed the instruction on the stickys and cleaned up with hijack this a little then rebooted,here is the most updated log file.A little more specificaly into my problem now,It seems i cant connect without my router on, and i cant make direct connections with a few other programs such as winmx,The more serious issue of course though,Why cant i connect wiht out My router,as in,my dsl modem plugged to my pc? Im assuming trojans messed up my WindowsXP internet software? As i have had problems before that were solved my Winsockfix XP,winsock corruption dosent just happen out of the blue.Any help is appreciated if i need to correct something I will do so promptly,thankyou!

No still same problem as described in first post,i havent actually done anything since those two things pointed out checked out okay,so..still same condition,and its not my firewall since Ive tried without it on,also it should be noted i do not have wireless my connection is hardwired,sorry for not posting that earlier.

First off,thanks for all the help.

ALCXMNTR.EXE was indeed present & running (how bad was this?) Deleted.
Tried bitdefender online virus scan(could not set the option auto-clean/didnt see where i could change this)
However no problems were found and scan finished succesfully.
&TrendMicroScan(with autoclean on) checked out fine also.
(note i did run my antispyware and full virus system scan a couple days ago,and there were some questionable things found but they got
deleted fine,i didnt think of writing down what was found though)
