Slow and Freezeing IE, Please Help!

During the last few days I have had increased problems with IE. It freezes and now a window from Winfix pops up. I attached a copy of the HijackThis results. Please help.

Download VundoRTN from here and save it on Desktop:-

(Click "Free" download service and then click on the link VundoRTN.exe to download the file)

Double-click on the VundoRTN.exe file, and click "Install". This will create a folder named VundoRTN on same location where VundoRT.exe is present.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-
Restart (or switch ON) the PC.
Then, keep tapping the F8 Key.
From the menu that will be displayed, out of which choose Safe Mode and press Enter.

Run HijackThis and click Do only a System scan.
Then put a check mark infront of below listed entries:-

Close all other open programs except Hijackthis and click the button Fix Checked in HijackThis.

Inside the VundoRTN folder, double-click on the file named Run (a batch file). This will open a DOS type window. Initially press any key to continue.

Next, when it shows the text:-

Type the first filename and press Enter key

Here, type C:\WINDOWS\System32\geedb.dll and press Enter key. (Make sure you enter the filename exactly as shown)

Next, it shows:-

Type the second filename and press Enter key

Here, type C:\WINDOWS\System32\bdeeg.* and press Enter key.

Next, it shows:-

Type additional filename to delete and press Enter key

Here, type none and press Enter key.

Next, it shows the message that the system will restart. So, please save all your unsaved work and then press any key to restart the PC.

Download WinPFind.ZIP and completely extract it to a folder. Then run WinPFind.exe and click "Start Scan". When the scan completes, click "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the log it gives, and please post it here along with a new HijackThis log.
