Rundll error loading no module specified

Everyone with a similar problem has a module specified. When I start up Win XP I get this message: RUNDLL Eroor loading. The specified module could not be found. But no module is listed!!! Since this error has appeared, I have been unable to connect to wireless internet or disable my wireless internt. I am not sure if the problems are related . . .

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

• Restart your computer
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear.

Select the first option to run Windows in Safe Mode hit enter.

I also have the same problem and have done as above but the error keeps returning.

The only fix I can do is reinstal My Web Search but I really don't want any more junk on my PC.

How can I kill this thing once and for ever Please?
