Hello all,

Yesterday I began receiving a Server Busy popup. It comes up every 5 or 10 minutes. If I click on "Switch To", the start menu comes up but the server busy window stays open. If I click on "Retry", then I usually get a different popup window. The "Cancel" option is always grayed out.

I also get a message on the right side of my toolbar telling me that my computer has been infected with spyware. What would be the best tool to download to get rid of the spyware? I am assuming that the 2 problems are tied to each other.
