My cousin is using an Ipod Nano 2nd Gen and is trying to connect it to her new computer that is running Windows Vista Home Basic. The device shows as "uknown device" but does not have the yellow icon on it as usual. I cannot get it to install any other driver other than "unknown device" when I try going into the device manager. Any suggestions?
