I m using Windows Vista and working with one useraccount witch not have all permissions, and i want to give the administrator permissions to that useraccount, any one tel me the solution plzzzz...

Normally all administrators have all permissions. Is your user account an administrator. If not then goto user account and change the user to an administratior.
To give permissions look up in help and follow the properties of user accounts.
