I'm really hoping for some advice for the not very internet skilled: I have a lycos page but when I try to access it from my computer I get the following:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Is there anything I can do to get around this?

It's www.bluflamingofic.tripod.com. It worked on my work computer, interestingly, so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my current computer having the latest version of IE, and the work one not.

Maybe your host file has something in it thats blocking the site from loading??
