If you're trying to use the same link on all 3 PCs it wont work, as localhost looks to the computer it's running on
To view the page on the other PCs you will need to enter the PC's IP address instead of localhost.
I.E. if the PC's IP is 192.168.1.10 then on the other PCs you would enter http://192.168.1.10/mywebpage
Don't worry, I have found the answer that this is not possible due to the NETBIOS domain showing as exactly the same.
Hi All,
I have been asked to put a Domain Trust in place between a couple of sites, but due to the setup of the domains, I am a bit concerned if it will work correctly, or mess up both domains, so looking at a bit of advice as to if this will work or not.
Please see below a quick overview of our netowrk setup, and let me know if you need any further info:
Domain 1: contoso.london.local. PDC (2008 R2) connected via VPN to secondary domain controller (2003) for contoso.london.local. (This relationship is already in place and working correctly).
Domain 2: contoso.local. PDC (2003).
The only VPN link between the 2 domains is currently between the Domain 2 PDC and Domain 1 SDC.
I guess my question really is is it possible to put the trust relationship in from Domain2-PDC to Domain1-SDC, with my bigger worry being that the first part of both domains is named the same.
Any input is appreciated!
Thanks,
To help further, this just means that explorer.exe hasn't loaded. If you can run programs from Task Manager, run explorer.exe and it'll load up the desktop & taskbar for you.
Will it work on OS X?

Hi All,
I searched for this error on Daniweb, but I didn't find anything here, so I thought I would post the fix.
It seems that the above Microsoft Security Update (KB953838) breaks something in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft documents this update as a "Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 for Windows XP"
When a user tries to open a record, a dialogue box appears asking the user to save the file "Blank.aspx", instead of opening the record.
The current fix for this is to remove the update by going into Control Panel -->Add or Remove Programs --> Ensure the "Show Updates" box at the top of the screen is ticked, scroll down to find the entry Security Update for Windows XP (KB953838), and then remove the update.
After rebooting the machine, CRM then runs correctly.
Below, I have included a link to the 2 forums I found as a reference.

lol no offense, but the person who made it must be kind of stupid lol. 'If you have 6 apples and you take away 4, what will it be?' I click 2, but it turns out you have to press '4'
No, That is actually quite right. You have taken 4 apples, therefore you have 4 apples! Imagine it reworded as "You take 4 apples out of a basket, how many apples do you have in your hand"?
It is specifically worded to confuse, and prove stupidity for not reading the answer correctly. oh, and FYI, I didn't use any kind of cheats (including Google) to complete the test. It is not impossible, but is very hard.

I beat it too, not actually all that hard!
That's Brilliant logic, Thanks!
Lots of us know it as a Jesus Phone (iPhone), but in Ireland do they know it as a BejasusPhone?
Hi,
I about to write some code, that will, in the end, format some HTML.
To keep storage space down, the idea is to hold the number as an integer, and pick out the character that relates to the specific format when writing it. My problem however comes when trying to pick out the character.
The idea is to divide the number by a multiple of 10, and take the first number to the right of the decimal place, that way, if no formatting is t be applied, the integer can be 0, and each division will therefore also be 0, saving space in the database.
Can anybody help me with a way of finding the number to the left of the Decimal Place?
Thanks,
uniquestar
In England do they call a small mother a minimum?
No, we don't.
Not only did Willy the Shake come up with coumpound nouns (like "bedroom" or "stovepipe"), he also coined the following terms: hush, puke, anchovy, bandit, manager, glow, alligator, mimic, useless, and jig (among many, many, others).
Some say that lots of these terms were actually in common usage at the time, however Shakespeare was just the first person to put them into print.
Many thanks for this, I know its an old thread, but Google found it, and its exactly what I need!
2 months too late for England!
Hi There,
A colleague of mine is running Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Pro SP2 on a Dell Laptop.
When he enables dual screens, the toolbars in outlook 2007 'flatten' and appear the same as the toolbars in Outlook 2000.
Does anybody know what is causing this change in the layout, and how it can be prevented?
I think an amendment to the challenge should be, instead of just typing the slogan, create the sticker, stick it on (one of) your computers, and post a (smallish) image of the sticker.
A recent nationwide study found that Macintosh users most often own Honda and Toyota brand cars, while PC users most often own Ford and Chevrolet.
I mainly use Macs, and my last 3 cars were Fords

Away from you.
Why is there a "Question of the day" thread, but no "Answer of the day" thread to go along with it?
My guess, plane #57 is German made carbon fibre trainer plane called the Grob G 115E Tutor.
And your guess would be correct!
#57 is a relativley easy one, so full name please.

That umbrella song. I don't know who makes it, it's like some hip-hop song or something. Where the woman repeats umbrella like 100 times, and then says under my umbrella.
