Suppose I Have a record of the Images of various individuals then i need to find out those individuals who look alike . Help me out where to start with . Which tools can be Handy and which algorithms could be used !!!!

Comes down to vectorizing facial features found on the face and storing those vectors and searching for ratio matches among other things. Lock on the center of the eye balls. How far apart are the eyes. Eyebrows, ears, nose, mouth-lips size and locations. chin, etc.
