sorry, i didn't really need to write "in c++" as this is in the c++ section but can you please not make stupid comments if you aren't gonna help. I know c++. Just not how to go about making a .s3m player. Thanks

First of all: Why? It's a very old fileformat and the soundquality is horrible...
One way you could try is with the Skale-SDK. Skale is actually sort of Fasttracker III which supports s3m-format, so it might be helpful.
