Does anybody know a good book, are a good website to learn perl. Anything is appreciated.

If you are starting out, you can use Learning Perl, but if you already have a working understanding of Programming and a bit of Perl you can get Chromatic free e-book Modern Perl 2014 Edition.
There is also a very recent Perl book by Ovid called Beginning Perl, very good book.
You might also decide to get the ultimate book, written by the Larry Wall himself and the Creator Of Perl with others, Programming in Perl.
For websites however, you can google that there are several sites that offer beginners course only that some of the stuff there are old and bad way of Programming in Perl.
