I am Student and New here in the USA I want to buy a laptop, I will use R language, Python, C+, MATLAB, and Solidworks.
Someone suggested to me Harddiskdirect an online IT retailer, I want to buy 3-4 laptops, one for me and the other for my sister and friend.

As long as there is some warranty that you don't receive a dead laptop and you know these are used things that can fail because they are older and without any long warranty, why not this model?
