in the past 2 days i have kept getting a little symantec email proxy pop up box in the bottom right hand corner when i start my computer up. more and more keep adding on top and my whole desktop is full of these pop up boxes. i am using windows media center edition 2005 and i am not sure what to do, could somebody please give me a step by step method of getting rid of this. my norton antivirus has also expired and i am not too keen on buying another, what can i do? thanks

I think it's rather a cheek that you should wish to freeload on our good nature when you're not even prepared to maintain anti-virus/spyware software.
