RUNDLL still

I continue to get a RUNDLL can not find C:|WINDOWS\system32\upefwdyk.dll. Specific module could not be found. This appears after I had identified multiple viruses (smithfraud etc) and was forced to change and delete etc. I will add the last hijackthis info if this helps.

Where do I go from here? I really want a CLEAN machine if that i at all possible.

Goto start->run
type: regedit [enter]

goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
goto SOFTWARE
goto MICROSOFT
goto WINDOWS
goto CURRENTVERSION
goto RUN
click on the folder run, which you've just openend
You'll see a white icon with a red 'ab' in it an the right side saying:
rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\upefwdyk.dll"
select it and press delete.

I did all that you suggested. But since I am color blind I don't know if the "ab" is red. I see: f48a4ba9 REG_SZ rundll32.exe "C:\windows\system32\upefwdyk.dll.
Should I delete everything in the f48a4ba9 line?

just click the icon and press delete and "yes". That should fix the prob.

You can also use hijackthis which is way more easier :). There are other objecys to remove too here.

Can you please do the following.

You will have to disable Spybot's Teatimer before we begin, as it will interfere with the fix. To do this can you start Spybot and go to the Mode button and select Advanced. Go to Tools > Resident and uncheck the box next to Tea-Timer. Make sure that the icon in the system tray is no longer there. If it is, just right click on it and select "Exit".
Download ResetTeaTimer.bat.
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer.
Do not forget to re-enable teatimer when we are done :).
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.

Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

Select the first option to run Windows in Safe Mode hit enter.
