Error Message Pop Ups

I keep getting error messages like these:
*SysFader: IEXPLORER.EXE - Potential Application Error
The instruction at "0x01d62739" referenced memory at "0x02354e50".
The memory could not be "read. Click OK to terminate.
There are a couple more similar to that one, but that seems to appear the most.

Also I just got another pop up that said:

You have a few malware issues showing there.

I am a bit overextended both with work and with users who may or may not respond in other forums, so I may not be able to get back to you in a timely manner.

Yes - That would be a good idea. There will very likely be remnants that we need to address.
Also, there are a few other issues such as getting your Java updated and removing the older versions, etc.....
