Antispyware 2009 virus?

I have a huge problem. :( I think it’s that antispyware virus
Pop up windows constantly open up on my computer whether I am on internet or not.
It tells me that I have tons of viruses and tries to scan my comp without asking.
If I try to close them they appear every 2 minutes, which is very annoying!
I tried to do something based on your information for similar problems – there were no results.
Tried running AVG – it detectedsystem32\userinit.exe virus but does not remove it
Installed and ran Microsoft windows malicious soft.Remov Toll – again, detected
Win32/Remos.BAH – but will not remove
Also installed and did full scan with Malwarebytes – detected and cleaned some other viruses but not the pop up windows.

First of all:
Disable Spybot's TeaTimer as it can interfere with fixes done or attempted.

* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
* If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode
* On the left hand side, click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident icon in the list
* Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer

Second, since you didn't post the MBA-M log we have no idea what was removed or the locations of these infections. We NEED to see that.
Please UPDATE MBA-M and then do a FULL SYSTEM scan with it.
Be sure the option to REMOVE is checked.
Reboot the computer.
Then post back here with BOTH of those MBA-M scan logs.

Update and run MBA-M one more time and see if it comes up clean. Of course remove anything found and post back with that log.

Thank you for your help
-I disabled the tea timer
-updated MBA-M, ran full scan,removed 2 more viruses
still securuty warnings and pop up windows appear

P.S. I have noticed that every time I run MBA-M it removes same 2 viruses over and over again
