My PC is infected with Clicksor and both Spybot S&D & Malwarebytes' AM have failed to detect it.

Probably because I can find no information on an infection called Clicksor. Clicksor is a marketing technology but I see no evidence of that on your log either. Can you explain more fully? Are you CERTAIN this is the name of the infections and if it isn't detected then how do you know you have it?

Well on blogs & websites where they have links, if i hover the cursor over it a Clicksor search engine appears from the link. Also when i type in sites to go on on my browser sometimes it will open another IE browser with sites I've never heard of (mostly youtube-esque sites & porn). I googled about Clicksor & found out that it is a marketing device that contains trojans as other people have been infected by it

I honestly don't see anything related to Clicksor in your log.
Did either of your scans find anything? They wouldn't say Clicksor, they would say something else.
Update MBA-M and do a Full Scan with it.
Remove everything found
Save the log.
Reboot

Post back with the log.

no malicious items were detected & seen from other sites that MBA-M can't find this trojan or whatever it is...

How would you know that he has a publisher account? Seems to me that there is something embedded in your ads to cause these problems.

I would request such information. As if he is one of our publishers, it will expedite the investigation with the publisher account ID.

Try this:
Please Download ATF-Cleaner.exe by Atribune(Windows XP, 2K, 2003 & Vista ONLY) save it to the desktop for easy access.

RUN ATF-Cleaner.exe.

-- Click on ATF-Cleaner to run it
-- Where it says Select Files To Delete, Check the Select All Option
-- Click Empty Selected > OK

If you use Firefox browser, do this also:

* Click Firefox at the top and choose Select All from the list.
* Click the Empty Selected button.
* NOTE : If you would like to keep your saved passwords, click No at the prompt.

Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

* You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
* You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.

* Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked at , and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
* When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Reboot the computer

Post back with the ESET log. Also, it is adviseable that you turn off Spybot TeaTimer as it can interfere with fixes attempted.
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
* If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode
* On the left hand side, click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident icon in the list
* Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer

Sorry about the late reply! I have used ATF cleaner but ESET Online Scanner is coming up as 'Error cannot initialize OnlineScanner. Administrator rights required' after I have selected to download the Active X files needed to run it (as shown in the attached screenshot file) but I have the administrator account on my PC, why isn't this working?

In reply to Clicksor I do not have a publisher account, I think I got this trojan off http://easy-tv.org/wwe/Shows/Tna.html but they have now redeveloped the site & it redirects to a new URL.

Managed to install Active X by right clicking IE & running as Administrator. Here's the ESET scanlog below:

Now run MBA-M

SORRY, lost my connection here before I could edit my post, what I meant was run a new HJT scan and post the log.

Of late I keep seeing new Firefox windows opening and trying to reach sites for clicksor.com and epoclick.com

I do NOT have (not ever) a Clicksor account and have scanned for malware, etc.

Any recommendations for removing whatever is causing this?

Probably, but you will have to start your own thread and follow the directions in the sticky :).
