Computer slowing my computer down

I put in a DVD and I noticed right after I put the DVD in, the computer was running slow. I removed the DVD rebooted and ran spyware detection software(fix-it) I had problems restarting my computer and now it is finally working but still extremely slow. I'm not sure its a virus my computer seems to just be running slow. Please help. The Hijack this log is posted below

I do not know what was on that DVD, but this is starting up with windows, and it is an unknow n file. Use Hijackthis to remove this entry:
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: ztpnoe.dll
and then search for and delete the file. It will most likely be in system32 somewhere.
Next, because it is quite unlikely that that one file is the whole of any infection...

Select "Perform QUICK Scan", then click Scan; the application will guide you through the remaining steps.
ENSURE that EVERYTHING found has a CHECKMARK against it, then click Remove Selected.
If malware has been found [and removed] MBAM will automatically produce a log for you... do not click the Save Logfile button.
When it completes examine the log: if some files are listed as Delete on Reboot then restart your machine before continuing.
Post the Notepad log [it is also saved under Logs tab in MBAM].

And turn on your Symantec Av service.

Nothing has been working. I think something is wrong with my Hard drive. I did the scans as you said and when I rebooted my laptop it ran chkdsk and failed to do it. I keep trying but chkdsk keeps failing. I haven't backed anything up recently. What are my options?
