I can see in running processes, EQ2VoiceService.exe which is a voice chat service. If it is running all the time you would hear voices I would think.
Not sure what you mean by Firefox shuttering, can you explain that more fully?
Have you run standard clean ups...temp files and the like?
I would suggest you run the steps found HERE, with the exception of the Deckard Scanner, then post the scan logs and a new HJT log.

Eq2voiceservice is for a game I had running in the background when I ran hjt, I have the voice stuff shut off in the game. The voices I heard sounded like a TV show or something it was weird and it was doing it While the game was not runnning so that is not the issue. Yea I've gone through all the standard cleanups. Even before I posted.

Firefox does these mini freezes all the time, I cant really watch video or anything with FF. Typing gets hard sometimes too. It crashes often also. Yes I've kept it up to date, reinstalled it, it hasnt helped.

Have you turned off a lot of the auto starting services?
There are many services listed in your log which show file missing, this doesn't necessarily mean they are missing but just disabled.
Check Here for recommended configuration of Services
You have SpyBot TeaTimer running, turn it off. It interferes with fixes attempted.
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
* If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode
* On the left hand side, click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident icon in the list
* Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.

* Restart your computer
Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode...now this doesn't mean Computer Safe mode but Firefox Safe Mode. This will load Firefox without any add-ons. See how it runs that way.
To do this go to Start, Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) See how it runs then. If it runs ok then the problem would be with one of the Add-ons, plug-ins or extensions.
There were a several of "voice" programs running when the HJT scan was running...Skype, the one I mentioned.
