Hi, my problem is that I can't seem to connect to certain websites using both firefox and IE. You have already addressed this same issue with another person and after following all of the steps outlined in his solution I still can't seem to fix it.
Using FF I get a "unable to connect" screen and with IE i get a "page cannot be displayed" screen. I cannot log into msn either.
I have scanned my pc for viruses using the trend micro house call virus scan and I have used aboutbuster and hsremove as suggested in another thread and still no dice.
turning the firewall on and off does nothing
