Hi please help me,

I tried to shutdown my laptop but there's nothing happens. My Desktop just blink but I tried it again three times, same result. I also tried to log off but it also blink looks like the shutdown and log off button is a refresh button. Weird and funny.

I'm using my laptop from 8am to 5pm with the battery but at the same time Im also using UPS to charge my battery. Because my battery can only take 1-2 hours.

What do you think? Should I remove my battery? Or something to do with the virus?
