hello, if there was a lot of dust inside you may have fried something on the motherboard ,from it overy heating ,i would try removing the ram from the laptop ,unplug from power and remove the battery first ,if it has has 2 chips then put one back in and try turning it back on again .it may or may not help .
as for files on the harddrive they will likely be fine as long as the harddrive didnt die .you would do this by removing the harddrive and connecting ( either by connecting it inside a desktop computer or using a usb harddrive connter cable ,)it to anther computer to get at the files

hi, the most likely probls is that it does not detect the ram ,maybe it only sees up to 4gig per slot for a total of 8 ,did you check your manual for the correct ram layout ,and its also possibe it will not take 1066 speed ram

samsung with a r and 5 is not enough info to make sure you get the correct drivers .you need to get the drivers from Samsung web site ,so exact model number will be necessary

i dont think smart tv support wireless keyboard or mice on there own do they ,i though you could only use the remote

hello, you could use a bootable virus recover cd ,you can downlod and make the disk on another computer and boot the sick computer to it ,make sure that the sick computer is wired to the internet so you can run the update before you run the scan .

i have a dock simular to the one in the link ,i like it better than a enclosure as i work on other peoples hdd and not having to take a external enclosure apart all the time to put the customers hdd into it to work on it , ,but i have enclosures with hdd in them for file storage ,I would reccomend a new enclosure if you want to take the drive with you .safer less chance of damaging the hdd when traveling/storing or just moving about ,with the hard drive

hi,you say outlook ,but in your attachement you circle outlook express ,2 different programs ,Outlook express is not part of the office suite.
if you have the office install disk,or the office setup file on disk or on you computer you should be able to run it and uninstall Outlook .

yes you could but running the harddrive test should be you first choice ,if the scan shows its bad it will save you a lot of work by not wasting time reinstalling windows

all the more reason to suspect rouge background process,trojan or virus for short!

I don't see how that could be it because it literly just started going slow 2 months ago it was fine one day the total bull sh*t the next

when using ccleaner did you run the cleaner part of it to empty temp file,ect ect .
a lot of times a bad harddrive or ram can cause a computer to become slow ,you need to troubleshoot by running a harddrive scan ad a ram scan , harddrive manufactures supply drive scanniong software on there web site,you need to know the name of the hard drive to get the right tools , ,and you can use memtest86 to check you ram ,,you will need to create bootable cdroms to run these scans .memtest86, you would run memtest overnight for best results .
also i foung the specs on that model laptop and it will take upto 4gig of ram

i have been using and fixing computer for years now and have never seen or had a device do this before without it being a driver compatiblity issue, but when i have a video device doing this it was only after i did a troubleshoot on the device .i think you need to find correct win7 drivers for the device ,what is the make and model of the laptop .found on the back of the laptop .better still try this so i can see the info

does Atheros 5007UG WirelessAdapter 2 show up in device manager ,the problem could be because of win7 driver comaptability for this device .

it could be disconnecting from the internet because it resetting the connection to the network[internet] .i think thats a posable anyway .are you connected wireless or wired when this happens .if wired try disabling the wireless device in device manager after it reinstalls .then reboot computer to see what happens
the restoring of windows could be just causing the problem to start over again and again

not sure if you are uisng win7 or 8 ,but you should be able to find reference to it in msconif /startup in win 7 or task manager /startup tab and check it to stop it from doing this all the time
