Yes, it means creating backlinks off of just a few keywords, and also constantly repeating those keywords within the content on-site.

No experience with Facebook advertising, sorry. However, Google does not charge a start-up fee of $5. They just have a $5 minimum to get started. The initial $5 "start-up fee" actually gets applied to your ad campaign.

You can, by subscribing to threads. You can create Subscription Folders where you can categorize the threads you subscribe to. Also, you can subscribe to some threads with email notification and some without.

From what I can tell, that is often used in conjunction with HTML code that is encoded. The web browser decodes it on the fly using JavaScript.
