i have been having that problem for quite some time now. The problem occurs when you try click on the [B]Add to "xx" Reputation[/B] before the page loads up. I thought it was a problem with my IE7.

When your trying to alter or make changes in your registry don't forget to take a backup of your registry before working on it. Try installing VLC player. That should solve your problem.

Why don't you use Setup and Deployment in VB.Net 2005. You can add any type of icon for the shortcut and build the application along with the your program files. This way when your installing your application you can find the icon sitting on the desktop as a shortcut.

Restart your system and try tapping F8 key in your keyboard before windows splash screen. With the arrow keys select safe mode and hit enter. This will directly log you in. Go to Control Panel-> User Accounts remove or change the password.
