Hello!

An overview of your HJT log doesn't seem to be show anything suspicious, have you tried the following?

1) left click on the icon and check what options it shows.
2) right click and see if you get any context menus.
3) hover the mouse on the icon for a couple of seconds and see if any description appears.
4) restart explorer.exe, to refresh the system tray.

Also,

you seem to have installed a lot of security tools, I am not sure about their detection rates and credibility, so, uninstall all of them and download and install these two applications, to do a full system scan and check if they detect any virus/malware. (make sure they have latest updates)

1) Avira Antivir Personal Edition
2) Spybot Search and Destroy

both are completely free.

If you still don't find anything, chances are, a genuine application may be displaying a corrupt tray icon, please post a screenshot of the icon to see if anyone here can recognize it...

Please, do get back about this issue, incase you have already solved it, then kindly mark this thread as solved.

Yes, a screenshot of the icon would help.

I'm curious if it could be a Security Center notification icon. Please go to >Control Panel >Security Center >From the Resources sidebar menu select Change the way Security Center alerts me >Uncheck all three check boxes and select Ok >Now hover over the X with your mouse.

Did the "X" go away? If so, then it was simply a notification and is not likely a virus/malware. But you might want to make sure your firewall is turned on. Go back to >Control Panel and >Double-click on Firewall

Looking at the HJT log clearly shows multiple infections. Begin by doing this:
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

REBOOT after running MBA-M!

Next do the following:
Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and post the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

* You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
* You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.

* Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
* When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Again Reboot the computer.

Next run a new system scan with HiJackThis and save the log.
Post back with the logs in this order, MBA-M log, followed by the ESET scanner log and finally the new HiJackThis log.
