I'm not sure I follow all that, but, in General, to use two routers: Assign a fixed IP to the second router outside the range of the first. Disable DHCP on the second router. Connect from Router 1 to a Lan port on router 2. Post ipconfig from a PC …

Do you have a volume icon in the system tray? Have you adjusted the master volume in Control Panel/Sound? This is a media OS, and there's no way MS would try to prevent you from blasting away.
I did numerous searching and it appears that Windows7 does have a fixed …

I assume you already have the pictures you want to use? Get Picasa and use the movie feature which also has a You Tube upload link. You'll need to create or use a free Google /You Tube account.

You probably forgot to credit the people you copied this from. Some of these tweaks are very questionable. What does "Never than before" mean?

Are you sure you don't have Sonic, which usually comes with Dells? If you want to play in a DVD player, get Nero.

I bought my Dell 9" Mini with 9.04 installed and quickly switched to Netbook remix because Dell didn't support the 9.10 upgrade, a bad mistake on their part. When I show it to people, they very quickly master the web interface, and often don't even realize it's running Linux. Still, …

Start with Control Panel/Admin Tools/Event Viewer/System and look for red errors relating to USB errors. There's also a Hardware error log that might help. See here for additional tips: http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-10878_11-5031760.html

First, double check that everything is installed properly-RAM seated properly, all cards and cables tight. If OK, remove the power plug and turn off PS switch if you have one. Hold the Power On switch in for 10-15 seconds. Re-connect and try to boot.

There's no problem that I know of, except to exercise care not to mistreat the drive while moving it around. You might find a 2.5" portable more convenient.

These files are not destructive, just unnecessary. Use CCleaner to remove temp files, avoid any and all registry cleaners as they are often wrong, and may damage your system. http://www.ccleaner.com/

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Vista. Re-install it, apply the updates and learn how to use it. Even better, upgrade to Win 7.
